A new startup called Realpeoplerealstuff.com is taking online classifieds to a new level….Now you can post ads along with video…….I’m not sure how well this will take off as some things I believe just dont need video…but it will be interesting to see what happens nevertheless…………

Myspace just annouced its beta release of its new IM client. My first thoughts were: “Is this really necessary”? With all the IM clients out there already its seems like this would almost be overlooked but I guess I am wrong when the latest data shows over 17 million Myspace users have already downloaded the program.

So what are they saying sets them apart from all the others? Well, I guess tight integration to the site’s homepage and member profiles, as well as media-heavy features like a music player and drag-and-drop image sharing. Hmmm, I dont think this is enough for me to try it out, how bout you???

It has just been reported that Glam.com has overtaken Ivillage over to become the #1 Woman’s Property.  This is huge, considering that Ivillage was one of the first sites out there to market to a female audience…..

The ease of the site and the variety of content I believe has added to its success.  Wheras, you had the same type of content at Ivillage from the same editors, at GLAM.com you have the ease and opportunity to read many different blogs and the site is kind of the melting point for all opinions and a network of all sorts of ideas and tips.

So we all know that Affiliate Summit is coming up in just a few weeks…….So what is one to do in their spare time in Miami??? Well, speaking from experience, there are maybe just a few things to do Here are some of my favs:

THE DELANO-1685 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL

With its shiek decor and faboulous drinks-The Delano is a place you dont want to miss!! Its off the beaten path a bit as its north of South Beach but it is definelty worth the hike…Your senses will be amazed from everything from their sushi bar to their pool that feels like you are ice skating on glass……..

THE CLEVELANDER-1020 Ocean Drive Miami Beach

Ok I will admit, as cheesy as this place is-I always must stop in when I come to Miami. It has something for everything-Live Band, naked men and women, strong drinks….And the best part is its FREE to get in!!! Get there early though as this is a hot spot and gets crowded rather quickly….

MANGO’S-900 Ocean Ave Miami Beach

Again this place is right on the strip but it is full of culture and screams MIAMI to me….The have the best SANGRIA you can get and the best Latin dancing around….
